Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

In these cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Due to Our Error
We will cover all return shipping costs if the issue is due to our error, including:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Return Address

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or compatibility-related returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to appear
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this period, orders may already be processed and cancellation is not guaranteed
